Accomodation


  • Room tariff is payable in advance to confirm bookings.
  • Check-in time is 2 p.m. Check-out time is 12 noon.
  • Rates are for double occupancy inclusive of breakfast and bed tea
  • 2 Kids below 6 years free (not applicable for The Study and Olive Room)
  • 2 kids in the age group 6-12 years – Rs 800 each (inclusive of breakfast and extra bedding) (not applicable for The Study and Olive Room)
  • Extra Persons in room – Rs 1,250 each (inclusive of breakfast and extra bedding) (not applicable for The Study and Olive Room).

Food & Beverages


  • Fixed menus are offered at the per head rates:
  • Set Lunch: Rs 350 per person. Rs 200 per child (6 –12 years old)
  • Set Dinner: Rs 400 per person. Rs 250 per child (6 –12 years old)

We prefer it if you carry your own liquor..


Cancellation Charges


  • 75% if cancelled 2days or less in advance.
  • 50% if cancelled 9 to 3 days in advance.
  • 40% if cancelled within 14 days to 10 days in advance.
  • 25% if cancelled upto 15 days in advance.
  • 15% if cancelled prior to 16days of booking date.

  • Incase,there is a change in date of booking (depending on availability of rooms) 10% charge will be made. The bookings have to be honoured within 45 days of the original booking.

For Groups/for Special Celebration Dates (24th, 25th, 30th &31st of December):

  • 25% if cancelled forty five days in advance.
  • 40% if cancelled thirty days in advance.
  • 40% if few of the total booked rooms are cancelled.
  • 80% if cancelled fifteen days in advance or later.

Regulations


  • 7.412% luxury tax is applicable on basic room tariff.
  • All applicable taxes and charges are subject to Government regulations.
  • No postponement of booking will be entertained and they will be treated as per the cancellation policy.

Full Lodge Booking


This would mean booking the entire lodge, all four suites and three rooms, and having an exclusive run of all the facilities. On a sharing basis the Full Lodge booking will cater for a maximum of 25 people (children inclusive). All three meals will be included in this tariff (beverages, snacks, and drinks will be extra).
Christmas - New Year Fortnight, Dec 22 to January 5 - Rs 75,000 per day 
Rest of the Year – Rs 55,000 per day
